Denver International Airport Arrival Instructions

B-LineXpress offers three (3) meet and greet options for arrivals into Denver International Airport.

1) Standard Service Includes: B-LineXpress’ driver will be tracking your flight from the ground transportation holding lot. Your driver will not be greeting your party inside the terminal or baggage claim. You will be meeting him or her outside the nearest exit to your baggage claim. Your driver will be contacting you shortly after your flight arrival via the provided cell number. If you have not been contacted by your driver by the time you reach baggage claim please call our office at 800-423-0929.

Exit Procedures:

Retrieve your luggage at the appropriate carousel located on the fifth level of the main terminal. Determine which exit door number is closest to your baggage carousel. (East Side: odd numbers, 505,507,509,511 West Side: even numbers 506,508,510,512) Your driver will be meeting you outside the door nearest to your baggage claim.

Exit the door indicated above and walk across one lane of traffic to island one. This is the Taxi/Limo pickup area. Once there, please find the Taxi/Limo Dispatch booth. Inform the personnel at the booth that you are scheduled for a pickup from B-LineXpress. If, your driver is not already waiting for you, the staff from the dispatch booth will call your vehicle at the holding lot, and grant authorization for the driver to approach that area from the ground transportation holding lot.

2) Carousel Greet Service: B-LineXpress’ chauffeur will be waiting at the baggage claim to assist in any way. Escorting you and your party’s luggage directly to the vehicle that will be stationed on the 4th floor. Additional Fee: $45.00

3) Full Greet Service: From the moment your party exits the tramway in the main terminal, our Greeter will be waiting with a sign to escort you and your party through the airport to the appropriate luggage carousel. They will handle all luggage and additional needs for your party. They will escort you directly outside to the 5th Level, where a B-LineXpress’ chauffeur will be waiting to escort the party into the mountains.
