Additional Fees: B-LineXpress has a 24-hour cancellation policy. Customers will be charged in full if cancellation is inside 24 hours. $100 surcharge for operation between 11:00pm and 5:00am. All Flights will be tracked by the B-LineXpress dispatch manager. Outside the scope of flight delays/changes B-LineXpress has the right to assess fee after one hour of wait time of $100.00 per hour.
